Refund policy

If your toy is not working the way you think it should, consult our manual pages by scanning the QR code on the packaging of your product, or email us at info@nightfallworld.com.

Defective products are under warranty for ONE YEAR with proof of purchase (see below for more details on our Warranty Policy).

For health and safety reasons, NIGHTFALL is unable to accept returns or exchanges of any non-defective products after the transparant seal around the book packaging has been broken. Any used or opened products cannot be exchanged, unless they are defective.

Warranty Policy

NIGHTFALL warrants products for a period of ONE YEAR after the date of original purchase, against defects due to faulty workmanship. If you discover a defect and notify NIGHTFALL during the warranty period, NIGHTFALL will, at its discretion, replace the product free of charge. Please keep your original purchase receipt as evidence that the date of claim falls within the warranty period. Please allow up to 3-4 weeks to receive your replacement product.

The warranty covers working parts that effect the function of the product. It does not cover cosmetic deterioration caused by fair wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, improper storage, excess contact with liquid, water, rain, extreme humidity, sand, dirt or extreme heat nor any other use not in accordance with the instruction manual of the product and its safety warnings. Any attempt to open or take apart the product will void the warranty.

Claims under warranty must be supported by reasonable evidence that the date of the claim is within the warranty period. To validate your warranty, please keep your original purchase receipt together with these warranty conditions for the duration of the warranty period. Warranty service is only applicable if the product was purchased as new by you from NIGHTFALL.

To be eligible for an exchange on a defective item, please email info@nightfallworld.com within 10 days of receiving the product, together with the original purchase receipt and a picture of the defective item.

Warranty claims are for exchanges only; refunds are not available. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

This undertaking is in addition to consumer's statutory rights and does not affect those rights in any way.

Redirection or cancelling an order

Your order is received and authorized against your credit card immediately. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make the best effort to meet your expectations.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Once the order is dispatched - which we try to do as fast as humanly possible - we can't guarantee to make any changes to your order.
