Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information, allowing you to keep track on the progress of your delivery.
Shipping Costs and Delivery Times
NIGHTFALL offers free shipping for orders above 250 € / $ / £.
Orders received before 4pm (CET) on Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders received after 4pm (CET) on Monday to Friday will be processed and dispatched the next business day. Please note that orders placed on weekends will be processed and dispatched on the next business day. Dispatch times may vary during holidays.
Next business day delivery is standard for the following countries: Belgium and The Netherlands. The orders need to be placed before 9pm (CET) for next day delivery. Next day delivery excludes weekends and bank holidays in Belgium as this is where our warehouse is located.
NIGHTFALL will process every order as quickly as possible to deliver within 2-4 business days after the order confirmation in the EU, within 4-7 business days outside the EU. These delivery periods are indicative and cannot be guaranteed, as we depend on third-party parcel companies. NIGHTFALL does not ship on weekends or national holidays. Deliveries are done on business days during regular business hours.
If your order has not arrived within 2 weeks, please contact us at info@nightfallworld.com to report this. We have a limited window for tracking and resending missing orders.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all countries of the European Union (Belgium, Luxemburg, The Netherlands, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Czech Republic, Poland, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Croatia, Hungary, Ireland, Lithuania, Latvia, Romania, Slovenia, Cyprus, Malta, Slovakia), and Switzerland.
We offer international shipping to the United Kingdom and the United States.
Please note: We do not accept orders from all countries in the world yet. Maybe this is due to international trading agreements and/or local customs restrictions. Or we may be unable to ship certain items to your location because of market regulations that our specific to our product category. In any case, we’re always working to expand to more territories, including yours so please stay tuned for more updates here.
Duties and Import Taxes
Please note that orders outside of the EU may be subject to certain import customs, duties and taxes imposed by your country upon delivery. These charges are not included in the prices and shipping costs listed on nightfallworld.com. If your order is above the minimum tax/duty threshold for your country, you will be responsible to pay any fees associated with importing the goods. This charge is determined by your local customs authority. For further information, please consult your local customs office.
Delivery Information
If upon receipt of your delivery you find that the box has been damaged, opened or its contents are missing, please ensure you take a photograph of the damaged packaging upon receipt which should be emailed to us at info@nightfallworld.com.

Your order will be shipped discretely and carefully in an incognito, protective cardboard box.
Redirection or cancelling an order
Your order is received and authorized against your credit card immediately. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make the best effort to meet your expectations.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Once the order is dispatched - which we try to do as fast as humanly possible - we can't guarantee to make any changes to your order.
